Q: Are all participants at an athlete level?
A: CrossFit is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels because we can adjust the workout volume and intensity accordingly. Regardless of your exercise experience or physical abilities, from beginners to athletes, we recommend it to people with various fitness levels. In fact, our community consists of busy professionals, business owners, homemakers, athletes, dancers, and fitness beginners, all striving for fitness improvement together.
Q: Are there shower facilities?
A: We provide changing rooms for both men and women, and each changing room is equipped with a shower. We kindly ask for your cooperation in sharing the showers with other members. If you identify as genderless, please reach out to the staff.
Q: What is the difference between Medical and Regular memberships?
A: We offer feedback from medical professionals, including doctors from our affiliated clinic, ranging from health consultations such as weight and blood pressure to dietary and nutritional guidance. If you have concerns about injuries or health examination results and want to achieve health improvement, we highly recommend the Medical membership.
Q: Can anyone use the rooftop wood deck?
A: The rooftop wood deck is limited to our members and drop-in visitors. You are welcome to use it even without participating in a class, and we provide Free Wi-Fi. We also have a bar counter where beverages are available for purchase, so you can enjoy your own time.
Q: Can I have a trial lesson on the same day?
A: It depends on the availability for the day, so please contact us through our official LINE account for inquiries.
Q: Are there any specific items I need to bring?
A: Please come dressed in comfortable workout clothes and indoor shoes. We provide rental face towels, and we also have beverages available for purchase.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We only accept credit card payments. You can scan the QR code with your smartphone and enter your credit card information on the payment screen.
Q: Is there parking or bicycle parking available?
A: We do not have parking facilities. Please use nearby parking lots or bicycle parking areas.
