Following the CrossFit guidelines of "eating meat, vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar" is recommended. By adhering to these simple guidelines, you can reap nearly all the benefits that nutrition has to offer.

At CrossFit Aoyama, we are a CrossFit gym that offers support in areas such as blood pressure, weight, body composition, and consultation, including dietary therapy provided by medical professionals.
