What is CrossFit?
Based on the necessary daily movements such as walking, running, standing up, lifting, pushing, and pulling, CrossFit is a comprehensive exercise program that improves overall physical abilities through short-duration, high-intensity, and varied combinations.
CrossFit was established in the United States in 2001 and has gained support worldwide, with over 13,000 certified gyms globally.
Classes are conducted in small groups (up to 8 individuals) and can be completed within a 60-minute timeframe, including warm-up and cool-down. The exercise program changes daily, allowing participants to engage in enjoyable workouts with their peers without getting bored.
All coaches hold licenses and adjust exercises according to each individual's experience and fitness level, making it possible for both beginners and athletes to engage in effective workouts together.
